The Eagles Remain Undefeated! (PST Episode 533)

The Philadelphia Eagles are 3-0 on the season. They’re one of three teams left in the NFL who are undefeated. It hasn’t been a perfect start to the season, but the offense and defense are making huge waves in the NFL thus far. This week, Chip Keagy (@chipforthebirds on Twitter) joined us to break down what we’ve been seeing from his team thus far, and how things may look over the next few weeks. It was a great discussion!

But first, we gave our REPORT CARD for our beloved Philly sports teams and graded each one as we head into the Fall season. (approx. 5:00)

We then talked about the Phillies making it to the postseason for the second year in a row, and the mechanisms that actually got the team to where they are today. (approx. 25:30)

We also talked about the Damian Lillard trade to the Bucks and how that affects the Sixers. Plus, do the Sixers have a deep bench heading into the season? (approx. 33:55)

From there, we discussed how bizarre of a season it has been in the NFL. The Giants are an offensive dumpster fire. The Cowboys lost to the Cardinals, and Tua is the frontrunner early on for MVP. (approx. 45:00)

What we threw down on the Table this week was a great discussion with Chip Keagy from the All About The Birds podcast about what we’ve been seeing from this Eagles team on the field this season. Assessing Jalen Hurts after three weeks of play. The success of Howie Roseman building teams through the trenches. Will the front office look to bolster the safety position in the future? All of this and much more this week on the Table! (approx. 56:15)
