As we find ourselves in a bit of a lull within the Philly sports world, and sports world in general, we have a slightly different, but entertaining podcast show for you this week.

What we're throwing down on the Table is an in-depth discussion with Ed Kracz(@kracze), the publisher of the Eagle Maven at SI.com, about the upcoming Philadelphia Eagles season, what the organization learned from last year, and how that can propel them to a hopeful future.
